Symptoms

Cause

在恢复出厂设置并更换正在使用的线缆和端口后，此问题可能仍然存在。

Resolution

  • 确定您的计算机运行的是 Windows 还是 Apple作系统：

    • 对于 Windows 计算机，请选择可用的最高刷新率：

      • 使用 DisplayPort （DP） 而不是 HDMI。

        • 对于 HDMI 连接，它只能将刷新率从 60 Hz 提高到 85 Hz 。

        • 对于 DisplayPort 连接，它可以从 60 Hz 增加到 85 Hz、100 Hz、120 Hz 或 144 Hz。

    • 对于 Apple 电脑，请选择可用的最高刷新率：

      • 刷新率大于或等于 60 Hz。

    提醒：当通过 USB Type-C 连接到 DP 或 HDMI 适配器或坞站时，具有 G-Sync 功能的 Alienware 显示器可能无法正常工作。请勿使用 USB Type-C 转 DP 或 HDMI 适配器或坞站。将 DP 或 HDMI 线缆直接从计算机连接到显示器。
