Symptoms

KeySecure 서버 로그에는 통신을 시도하는 Data Domain이 표시되지 않습니다. 방화벽 포트가 열렸습니다. 오류가 표시됩니다.

Error message : Failed to synchronize keys, error code = 5308

Cause

외부 인증 기관을 사용하는 경우 인증서 체인의 모든 인증서를 Data Domain으로 가져옵니다. 중간 CA(Certificate Authority)에 대한 인증서를 KeySecure에 대해 신뢰할 수 있는 상태로 DD에서 가져와야 합니다.

Resolution
