Symptoms

iDRAC 펌웨어 2.70.70.70이 설치된 XC 13G 플랫폼에서 LCM 업데이트가 실패할 수 있습니다.  WSMAN도 여러 쿼리 후에 중지됩니다.

추가 증상은 다음과 같습니다.

  • pta_debug.log "wsman: TimedOut"이라는 오류 메시지가 iDRAC가 wsman에 응답하지 않았음을 나타냅니다.
  • iDRAC 추적 로그에 사용할 수 없는 리소스가 표시됩니다.
    • iDRAC 추적 로그를 수집하려면 다음을 통해 수집할 수 있습니다.
      • 'racadm gettracelog'를 사용하는 로컬 또는 원격 racadm 명령; 또는
      • iDRAC8 웹 UI에서 개요>서버 >문제 해결 >진단 으로 이동하고 명령 텍스트 상자에 'gettracelog'를 입력합니다.
    • iDRAC가 이 문제 상태에 있는 경우 리소스를 사용할 수 없는 상태는 다음과 유사하게 나타납니다.

Dell EMC 엔지니어링 팀은 여러 WSMan 세션이 실행 중일 때 iDRAC UI 성능이 저하되는 문제를 확인했습니다.

Resolution

Dell EMC 엔지니어링 팀은 iDRAC8 FW 2.75.100.75에서 문제를 해결했습니다.
  • iDRAC8 FW 2.75.100.75는 LCM 2.4.1 이상에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • iDRAC8 FW 2.75.100.75는 여기 Dell 지원 사이트에서도 이용할 수 있습니다.
