「PowerStore：ESMTPメール サーバーを設定できない

Symptoms

テストEメールまたはSMTP通知の送信時に、次の条件が満たされている場合、送信が失敗することがあります。

  • SMTPサーバーでSTARTTLSまたはSMTP-AUTH拡張機能が有効になっている
  • PowerStoreOSバージョンが4.1以前である

 

ESMTPサーバー(Outlook365やその他のクラウドベースのメール サービスなど)を使用するようにPowerStoreアプライアンスを構成すると、コントロール パス ログに次のエラーが報告されることがあります。

Cause

PowerStoreOSバージョン4.1以前では、ESMTPサーバーに必要な特定のSMTP拡張機能はサポートされていません。

 

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 4.1以前: SMTPサーバーのSTARTTLSおよびSMTP-AUTH拡張機能の設定を無効にします。(Basic SMTPサーバーを使用)
 
PowerStoreOS 4.2以降: PowerStoreとSMTPサーバー アプリケーションの両方でSMTPサーバー認証設定を確認します。さらに、電子メールリレーの設定と、環境、ネットワーク、またはファイアウォール関連の設定を確認します。
