Symptoms

发送测试电子邮件或 SMTP 通知时，如果满足以下条件，此作可能会失败：

  • SMTP 服务器上启用了 STARTTLS 或 SMTP-AUTH 扩展
  • PowerStoreOS 版本为 4.1 或更低版本

 

将 PowerStore 设备配置为使用 ESMTP 服务器（例如，Outlook365 或其他基于云的邮件服务）时，控制路径日志中可能会报告以下错误：

Cause

PowerStoreOS 4.1 版及更低版本不支持 ESMTP 服务器所需的特定 SMTP 扩展名。

 

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 4.1 或更早版本：在 SMTP 服务器上禁用 STARTTLS 和 SMTP-AUTH 分机设置。（使用基本 SMTP 服务器）
 
PowerStoreOS 4.2 或更高版本：验证 PowerStore 和 SMTP 服务器应用程序上的 SMTP 服务器身份验证设置。此外，验证电子邮件中继设置以及任何与环境、网络或防火墙相关的设置。
