Symptoms

다음 오류 코드로 인해 기존 클러스터에 어플라이언스를 추가하지 못할 수 있음:
  • Clustering operation failed, Reason: Platform error: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C010010013).
  • Clustering operation failed, Reason: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C010010013).
  • Failed to delete target port group, Reason: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C01001000E).
  • The system encountered unexpected backend errors. Please contact support. (0xE0101001000C).

Cause

이 문제는 어플라이언스를 클러스터에 추가하기 전에 서비스 포트를 통해 새 어플라이언스의 PowerStore Manager(UI)에 액세스하려고 시도하는 경우 발생합니다.
  • 새 어플라이언스의 UI에 로그인을 시도하는 경우 패치 요청이 사용자 관리자인 /api/rest/local_user/1로 전송되었음을 나타내는 로그 라인이 있습니다.

  • 사용자가 Cancel을 클릭하고 아무것도 변경하지 않더라도 새 Lockbox가 생성되고 관리자 계정 비밀번호와 관련된 작업이 로그에 표시됩니다. 이 Lockbox는 시스템 변경 또는 수정으로 여겨지며 어플라이언스가 클러스터에 추가되지 않습니다.

이 문제는 Lockbox 생성 타임스탬프가 joinCluster 이벤트 타임스탬프보다 앞선 경우에 발생합니다. 

Resolution

이 문제는 PowerStoreOS 2.1.0.0 이상에서 해결되었습니다. 최대한 빨리 업데이트해 주십시오.
 
PowerStoreOS 2.1.0.0 이전 버전의 경우:
새 어플라이언스를 클러스터에 다시 추가하려면 먼저 출고 시 상태로 되돌려야 합니다.
  1. 새 어플라이언스를 다시 초기화하여 공장 초기화 상태로 되돌립니다. 자세한 내용은 다음 문서를 참조하십시오. Dell KB 문서 180964: PowerStore: svc_factory_reset 명령을 사용하여 PowerStore 시스템을 출고 시 상태로 다시 초기화하는 방법
  2. 새 어플라이언스를 클러스터에 추가하기 전에 1시간 이상 기다리십시오.
  3. 새 어플라이언스의 UI에 로그인하지 마십시오.
  4. 기존 클러스터에서 Add Appliance Wizard를 실행합니다.
어플라이언스가 발견되면 어플라이언스 추가를 진행할 수 있습니다.

어플라이언스를 찾을 수 없는 경우 SSH를 통해서만 새 어플라이언스에 로그인하여 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다(명령 예: svc_diag list --icw_hardware). 새 어플라이언스를 추가할 수 없는 경우 Dell EMC 기술 지원 부서 또는 공인 서비스 담당자에게 문의하여 이 기술 자료 문서 ID를 인용하십시오.
