Symptoms

將裝置新增至現有叢集可能失敗，並傳回錯誤代碼：
  • Clustering operation failed, Reason: Platform error: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C010010013).
  • Clustering operation failed, Reason: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C010010013).
  • Failed to delete target port group, Reason: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Long (0xE0C01001000E).

Cause

在將裝置新增至叢集之前，嘗試透過服務連接埠存取新裝置的 PowerStore Manager (UI) 時會導致此問題。
  • 如果嘗試登入新裝置的 UI，就會出現記錄行，表示已向使用者管理員 /api/rest/local_user/1 傳送修補程式要求。

  • 即使使用者在未變更任何內容的情況下按一下「取消」，系統仍會建立新的加密箱，且可在記錄中看到與管理員帳戶密碼相關的操作。這個加密箱算是系統變更或修改，造成無法將裝置新增至叢集。

當建立加密箱的時間戳記是在 joinCluster 事件時間戳記之前，就會發生此問題。 

Resolution

此問題已在 PowerStoreOS 2.1.0.0 及更新版本中解決。請儘早更新。

若是 PowerStoreOS 2.1.0.0 之前的版本：
必須先將新裝置返回全新的原廠狀態，才能再次新增至叢集：
  1. 重新初始化新裝置，讓新裝置回到原廠狀態。請參閱 Dell KB 文章 180964：PowerStore：如何使用 svc_factory_reset 命令將 PowerStore 系統重新初始化至原廠狀態。
  2. 請等待至少一個小時，再嘗試將新裝置新增至叢集。
  3. 請勿嘗試登入新裝置的 UI。
  4. 從現有叢集執行「新增裝置精靈」。
如果找到該裝置，便可繼續新增裝置。

如果找不到該裝置，您僅可透過 SSH 登入新裝置以檢查其狀態 (範例命令：svc_diag list --icw_hardware)。如果您無法新增新裝置，請聯絡 Dell EMC 技術支援或您的授權服務代表，並引述此知識文章 ID。
