Symptoms

Latitude 7420、7320、7520 和 5420 使用者可能會注意到在 BIOS 復原後相機無法運作。

Cause

當 Latitude 7420、7320 和 7520 電腦執行 BIOS 1.1.2 或更早版本時，可能會在 BIOS 復原後停用相機。執行 BIOS 1.1.1 或更早版本的 Latitude 5420 電腦也會受到影響。

Resolution

檢閱 BIOS 相機設定時，發現 BIOS 復原程序已停用相機。

Dell 已發佈 BIOS 更新，以防止發生此情況。1.2.3 版適用於 Latitude 7230、7420 和 7520 電腦。Latitude 5420 電腦可使用 BIOS 版本 1.3.12。

如果 BIOS 相機設定已停用，則可能會啟用設定。

若要啟用 BIOS 相機設定：

  1. 從受影響的電腦，開啟 BIOS。
