Cause
当 Latitude 7420、7320 和 7520 计算机运行 BIOS 1.1.2 或更低版本时，摄像头可能会在 BIOS 恢复后被禁用。运行 BIOS 1.1.1 或者更低版本的 Latitude 5420 计算机也会到影响。
Resolution
检查 BIOS 摄像头设置发现 BIOS 恢复过程禁用了摄像头。
戴尔发布了 BIOS 更新以防止发生这种情况。版本 1.2.3 适用于 Latitude 7230、7420 和 7520 计算机。BIOS 版本 1.3.12 适用于 LATITUDE 5420 计算机。
如果 BIOS 摄像头设置已被禁用，则该设置可能会被启用。
要启用 BIOS 摄像头设置：
