Symptoms

사용자가 DPA UI 내에서 라이선스를 추가하려고 하면 다음 오류가 관찰됩니다.
메시지 오류 500 스크린샷

DPA 애플리케이션 서버에서 다음 디렉토리 경로로 이동합니다.
  • 윈도우: Install Path: <Install Directory>\Services\Logs\server.log
  • UNIX: Install Path: <Install Directory>/dpa/services/logs/server.log
서버 로그에서 다음 오류가 관찰됩니다.

Cause

DPA 데이터 저장소에 라이선스를 추가할 수 없는 사용 가능한 디스크 공간이 더 이상 없습니다.

Resolution

데이터베이스에 라이선스를 입력할 수 있도록 데이터 저장소 디렉토리의 파일 시스템에 디스크 공간을 더 추가합니다.

데이터 저장소의 디스크 공간 부족을 조사하여 원인을 파악하고 해결 방법을 개발해야 합니다.
