Symptoms
Dell Latitude 9420 with Ubuntu 18.04 / 180.4 SP1 / 20.04 may report that the computer prompts "System program problem detected" message after idling for a while.

Cause
This is expected under Ubuntu, it notifies you of a 'crash' in the computer. It is not a major issue and does not impact the computer. Some programs were unresponsive sometime in the past.
Resolution
It is an expected behavior.
Click the Cancel button to close the window or click the Report a problem button to report to Linux developers.
