Symptoms

Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) KVM-fjernkonsolforbindelsen mislykkes under tilslutning til Precision 5560 - og XPS 9510-computere med UHD-skærm (Ultra High Definition).

Cause

UHD (3840x2400) LCD-skærmopløsning på Precision 5560 og XPS 9510 overstiger Intel Management Engine's opløsningsomfang.

Resolution

Dette er en begrænsning af Intel AMT for KVM-funktionaliteten . En reduktion af LCD-skærmopløsningen gør det muligt for KVM at fungere inden for Intel ME-designet.

Skift LCD-skærmopløsningen for at tillade fjernadgang til konsollen.

  1. Gå til Indstillinger>Systemskærm>>Avancerede skærmindstillinger>Egenskaber for skærmkort til skærm 1.
  2. Klik på fanen List All Modes in Adapter , vælg 1920 x 1200, True Color (32 bit),60 Hertz, og klik på OK.
  3. Bekræft, at LCD-skærmopløsningen ændres til 1920 x 1200.
