Symptoms

Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) KVM ekstern konsolltilkobling mislykkes under tilkobling til Precision 5560 - og XPS 9510-datamaskiner med Ultra High Definition (UHD)-skjerm.

Cause

UHD (3840*2400) LCD-skjermoppløsning for Precision 5560 og XPS 9510 overskrider oppløsningsomfanget til Intel Management Engine.

Resolution

Dette er en begrensning for Intel AMT for KVM-funksjonalitet . Reduksjon av LCD-skjermoppløsningen gjør at KVM kan fungere innenfor Intel ME-designen.

Endre LCD-skjermoppløsningen for å tillate ekstern konsolltilgang.

  1. Gå til Innstillinger>Systemskjerm>>Avanserte skjerminnstillinger>Egenskaper for skjermkort for skjerm 1.
  2. Klikk Vis alle moduser i kategorien Adapter , velg 1920 x 1200, True Color (32 bit),60 Hertz, og klikk OK.
  3. Kontroller at LCD-skjermoppløsningen endres til 1920 x 1200.
