Symptoms

NetWorker VMware 保护集成配置了 vProxy Appliance。在创建已恢复虚拟机的目录后，映像级恢复（虚拟机和即时）失败，并在还原日志中显示以下警告/错误：

在单个虚拟机的多个保存集（包括其最新备份）中出现该问题，而在下载虚拟机的 vmx 文件过程中没有出现问题。

Cause

虚拟机的 vmx 文件缺少指向虚拟机 nvram 文件的 nvram 条目（即 nvram =“VM_name.nvram”），因此在还原期间创建/注册新虚拟机（虚拟机恢复和即时恢复过程中必不可少的步骤）失败。

该问题可能是由于在 vCenter Server 上部署/导入虚拟机期间出现错误而导致的。
在进行备份的时间点，保存集的配置文件与虚拟机的 vmx 文件相匹配。

Resolution

为了防止将来备份出现问题，需要使用 nvram 文件条目更新虚拟机的 vmx 文件。

对于受此问题影响的较旧保存集，可以通过将虚拟磁盘恢复到新虚拟机作为恢复保存集的解决方法，因为 vmx 文件不会参与恢复。
