Symptoms

vCenterのSVM名がホスト名と一致しない場合、停止を伴うサービスのアップグレードは失敗します。

Cause

PowerFlex Managerコードは、ホスト名に基づいてSVMをスキップしますが、VM名を参照します。例：

VMwareプラグインを使用すると、SVMにはScaleIO-192.168.xx.xxなどという名前が付けられますが、ホスト名はScaleIO-192-168-xx.xxなどになります。

 

Resolution

vCenterでSVMの名前をホスト名と一致するように変更します。
