Dell Command | PowerShell Provider 모듈을 사용하면 Windows PowerShell 인터페이스를 통해 Dell 엔터프라이즈 클라이언트 컴퓨터의 BIOS를 구성할 수 있습니다. 로컬 컴퓨터, 원격 컴퓨터 및 WinPE(Windows 사전 설치 환경)에서 작동합니다.

- Contact Technical Support: Dell 서비스 태그를 사용할 수 있는 경우
- Contact Order Support: Dell 서비스 태그가 없고 소프트웨어에 대한 액세스 지원이 필요한 경우
- Enter service tag를 클릭합니다.
- 클라이언트(서버 아님) 서비스 태그를 입력한 다음 제출을 클릭합니다.
- 모델 및 서비스 태그를 확인하고 다음을 클릭합니다.
- 드롭다운 메뉴에서 Software and 3rd party applications를 선택하고 Next를 클릭합니다.
- 사용 가능한 연락처 옵션을 선택합니다.
- 주문 번호를 입력한 다음 Find My Order를 클릭합니다.
- 페이지 오른쪽에서 Contact Customer Support를 클릭합니다.
- 드롭다운에서 Missing Items를 선택합니다.
- 사용 가능한 연락처 옵션을 선택합니다.
