Dell Unity: Dopo l'aggiornamento di Unity OE alla versione 5.1 o successiva, i backup Veeam smettono di funzionare

I backup si arrestano con il seguente messaggio di errore:

ErrorCode: '16777239', Message: 'There is a syntax error in the command.  Please recheck the command syntax. (Error Code: 0x1000017)'.

Veeam è basato sull'output di un comando UEMCLI:

uemcli /sys/general show -output csv -filter "System name, Model, Platform type, Product serial number"

Prima di Unity OE versione 5.1, l'output conteneva un campo denominato "Platform type" e in Unity rispondeva così:

Platform type = EMC Storage System

Questo campo è obsoleto nel codice OE 5.0 ed è stato completamente rimosso nel codice OE 5.1. La chiamata UEMCLI di Veeam restituisce un errore di sintassi dopo l'aggiornamento di Unity alla versione 5.1.

Aggiornamento per Unity 5.4

Riga di comando uemcli /sys/general show non include il campo Tipo di piattaforma. L'output seguente mostra la query del filtro Veeam non riuscita.

Soluzione

Aggiorna la tua installazione Veeam alla versione 11a di Veeam B&R. Per ulteriore assistenza, contatta il supporto tecnico Veeam.

Se Unity esegue ancora OE versione 5.1.0.0.5.394 e Veeam non può essere aggiornato a Veeam B&R versione 11a, contattare il supporto tecnico Dell o il fornitore di servizi autorizzato e citare l'ID di questo articolo della Knowledge Base di Dell.
