Symptoms

다음 오류 메시지와 함께 백업이 중지됩니다. 
ErrorCode: '16777239', Message: 'There is a syntax error in the command.  Please recheck the command syntax. (Error Code: 0x1000017)'.

Cause

Veeam은 다음 UEMCLI 명령의 출력에 의존했습니다. 
uemcli /sys/general show -output csv -filter "System name, Model, Platform type, Product serial number"
Unity OE 버전 5.1 이전에는 출력에 "Platform type"이라는 필드가 포함되어 있었고 Unity에서 다음과 같이 응답했습니다. 
Platform type = EMC Storage System
이 필드는 OE 5.0 코드에서 더 이상 사용되지 않으며 OE 5.1 코드에서 완전히 제거되었습니다. Unity가 5.1로 업그레이드된 후 Veeam UEMCLI 호출에서 구문 오류를 반환합니다.


Unity 5.4용 업데이트

명령줄 uemcli /sys/general show 에는 플랫폼 유형 필드가 포함되지 않습니다. 아래 출력은 실패한 Veeam 필터 쿼리를 보여줍니다.
