  1. Accedere all'interfaccia utente web di OneFS come root 
OneFS_LOGIN
  1. Seguire il percorso Impostazioni NDMP NDMP > di OneFS>Data Protection>
OneFS_NDMP
 
OneFS_NDMP_SETTINGS_OFF
  1. Completare le impostazioni NDMP , tra cui:
    1. La casella Enable NDMP service è selezionata.
    2. Il numero di porta è impostato su 10000
    3. Il vendor DMA è impostato su Generic
    4. NDMP administrator è impostato su administrator su NDMP e aggiunge una password
Se non è stato creato alcun utente amministratore NDMP, crearne uno. Se Isilon è una nuova installazione, la pagina delle impostazioni NDMP sarà simile alla schermata riportata di seguito:

  1. Creare o modificare lapassword utente di N DMP utilizzando l'interfaccia utente web di OneFS:

  1. In alternativa, creare o modificare lapassword utente N DMP utilizzando la CLI di Isilon:
