Symptoms

Cause

在以下情况下会遇到此问题：

  • 情况 1：交换机无法访问。现场工程师连接到管理端口，以调查交换机无法访问的问题。
  • 情况 2：交换机最近进行了固件升级，无法访问。

 

Resolution

  1. 使用命令执行切换 #hafailover 交换活动 CP 和备用 CP。

  2. 连接到交换机的活动 CP，并检查交换机管理端口是否设置为全双工和 100Base # ethif --show eth0。

  3. 发布此消息，连接活动 CP，并使用以下命令检查 HA 是否已同步 #hashow。

  4. 如果 HA 未同步，请执行 #hadisable 和 #haenable。

  5. 使用命令确认活动 CP 和备用 CP 上的固件是否已同步 #firmwareshow。
