Windows 10-upgrade naar versie 2004 (20H1) herkent geen USB-C-adapters.

 

Als u Windows 10 bijwerkt naar versie 2004 of hoger en USB-C-adapters aansluit (DA300/DA200/USB naar RJ45), herkent de computer de adapter soms niet.

Cause

 

De oudere NVM-firmware is niet compatibel met de nieuwe Windows 10-versie 2004 en Intel heeft de ondersteuning voor de oudere stuurprogramma's stopgezet.

Resolution

 

Tijdelijke oplossing:

  1. Probleemherstel door de computer opnieuw op te starten met USB-C-adapters.

  2. Probleemherstel door de USB-C-adapters opnieuw aan te sluiten .

  3. Probleemherstel door het installeren van het 19H2-besturingssysteem of eerder.
