Amaç

Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA) veya PowerProtect Data Protection serisi ESXi ana bilgisayarlarından uzaktan Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller'ı (iDRAC) yazılımdan sıfırlama adımlarını listeler. 

Neden:

iDRAC kullanıcı arayüzünde oturum açılamıyor veya iDRAC yanıt vermiyorracadm racresetSSH oturumunda " komutu:

racadm'den iDRAC yeniden başlatılamıyor


Ardından, iDRAC Servis Modülü (iSM) modülü komutunu kullanarak sıfırlamayı deneyin.

Çözünürlük:

  1. Kök hesabıyla ESXi'de oturum açın ve şu komutu çalıştırın:
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin/Invoke-iDRACHardReset

or

# /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool mc reset cold
  1. Şu komutla iDRAC IP adresini bulun:
[root@esx-4400:~] /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool lan  print |grep "IP Address"
IP Address Source       : Static Address

Uzaktan iDRAC donanım sıfırlaması
iDRAC, çeşitli nedenlerle yanıt vermeyebilir. iSM, işletim sistemi üretimini etkilemeden iDRAC denetleyicisine giden gücü geçici olarak keserek yanıt vermeyen bir iDRAC8 veya iDRAC9 denetleyicisini tamamen sıfırlayabilir. Bu özellik, yalnızca iDRAC arabirimlerinden herhangi biri kullanılarak iDRAC'deki iDRAC Service Module sayfasından devre dışı bırakılabilir.
