目的

列出从融合备份一体机 （IDPA） 或 PowerProtect Data Protection 系列 ESXi 主机远程软重置 Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller （iDRAC） 的步骤。

原因：

无法登录到 iDRAC UI 或 iDRAC 未响应”racadm racreset“命令：

无法从 racadm 重新启动 iDRAC


然后，尝试使用 iDRAC Service Module （iSM） 模块命令重置它。

分辨率：

  1. 使用 root 帐户登录 ESXi 并运行以下命令：
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin/Invoke-iDRACHardReset

or

# /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool mc reset cold
  1. 使用以下命令查找 iDRAC IP 地址：
[root@esx-4400:~] /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool lan  print |grep "IP Address"
IP Address Source       : Static Address
IP Address              : 10.XX.XX.XX

Additional Information

远程 iDRAC 硬重置
由于各种原因，iDRAC 可能会变得无响应。iSM 可以通过暂时断开 iDRAC 控制器的电源来完全重置无响应的 iDRAC8 或 iDRAC9 控制器，而不会影响作系统生产。此功能只能使用任何 iDRAC 界面从 iDRAC 中的 iDRAC Service Module 页面禁用。
