Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager Kubernetesバックアップが失敗しました。PPDM GUIに、「Unable to create snapshots.Creating VolumeSnapshot exceeds safeguard limit.」というエラーが表示されます。

ログでは次のエラーが確認できます。

Cause

このエラーが確認されたいずれかのインスタンスで、Kubernetesの外部スナップショッターが「デフォルト」のネームスペースにインストールされており、他のネームスペースでは使用できなくなっています。

Resolution

ネームスペースで外部スナップショッターを使用できることを確認してください。
