Data Domain : unable to perform filesystem destroy

Symptoms
After issuing the command to destroy the filesystem from the CLI (filesys destroy), the user may be presented with the error message below :
**** Failed to destroy filesystem. This command is not allowed with current security configuration
Cause
Due to increased amount of attacks against customer DDs, some of which made use of the "filesys destroy" command to wipe entire DDs clean, resulting in dramatic data loss for customers and also to protect from some customer errors, there are now in more recent DDOS versions some requirements that need to be met before the "filesys destroy" command is allowed to proceed.
