Symptoms
AlienwareデスクトップPCで、DP接続を使用したPOST中にAW2721DまたはAW2521Hモニターにビデオが出力されませんが、OSにロードした後AW2721Dモニターにビデオが表示されます。
この問題が発生した場合、ビデオなしでBIOSセットアップにロードすることはできません。

Cause
グラフィックス カードの VBIOS の問題。
Resolution
コンピューターで VBIOSバージョン1.0.0.3 以降にアップデートすると、問題が解決します。BIOSをダウンロードしてインストールするには、リファレンス『 BIOS Update Guide』を参照してください。
