Symptoms

De Alienware desktopcomputer voert geen video uit naar AW2721D of AW2521H monitoren tijdens POST met behulp van een DP-verbinding, maar geeft video weer op AW2721D monitor nadat deze in het besturingssysteem is geladen.

Wanneer dit gebeurt, kunt u niet laden in de BIOS-instellingen zonder video.

Het probleem wordt geïdentificeerd als optreden met een combinatie hieronder:

Cause

Probleem met het VBIOS van de grafische kaart.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar VBIOS-versie 1.0.0.3 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Raadpleeg de BIOS-updatehandleiding voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS.
