Symptoms

Latitude systemen die in of vóór 2019 zijn gelanceerd, worden mogelijk niet uit de slaapstand gehaald met het interne toetsenbord en touchpad.

Controleren of de computer de moderne stand-bymodus ondersteunt:

  1. In de Windows CMD-modus voert u de opdracht powercfg /a
  2. Als de computer moderne stand-by ondersteunt, wordt het volgende weergegeven:
    • De volgende slaapstanden zijn beschikbaar op deze computer:
      Stand-by (S0 Low Power Idle) netwerk losgekoppeld

Cause

De computer biedt geen ondersteuning voor de moderne stand-bymodus.

Resolution

Het is een verwacht gedrag. Haal de computer uit de slaapstand met behulp van de aan/uit-knop.
