Instructions
The alert that is received is a Security Banner and not an error message. It keeps displaying every time that you log in to the switches.
From Switch CLI:

ATTENTION:
It is recommended that you change the default passwords for all the switch accounts.
Refer to the product release notes and administrators guide if you need further information.
================================================================================
From Webtools:
Since the above message was in the banner of the switch, it can be changed with the command:# bannerset
There are no more alerts that were received while we were logging in to the switch using CLI or Webtools post setting the banner on the switch.
