Symptoms

在使用 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） 執行 Windows 虛擬機器 （VM） 檔案層級復原 （FLR） 期間，FLR 掛接成功，但會出現下列錯誤：

Cause

在掛接操作期間，使用 .\使用者名指定掛接使用者。
 

注意：使用意圖 .\username 是以本機使用者帳戶而非網域使用者帳戶登入。這樣做可以區分可能同時具有域和本地帳戶的使用者名稱。例如「系統管理員」。掛接期間使用的邏輯可讓使用者成功登入，但瀏覽權限未正確套用。

您可以從 C：\Program Files （x86）\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\： 下的 FLR 掛接點複製所需的檔案/資料夾：


若要使用 NetWorker 還原精靈，請關閉目前的 FLR 工作，然後重新啟動 FLR。指定使用者時，請勿在使用者名稱前輸入 .\。
