Cause

主机上未运行代理服务，或者 PPDM 和主机无法通过端口 7000 与主机通信。

Resolution

1.从 PowerProtect Data Manager 上的 SSH 会话进行端口检查：打开与 PowerProtect Data Manager 的 putty 会话并运行以下命令：

curl -kv ip/hostame of client:7000

如果 代理服务 未在主机上运行，或者端口 7000 上出现问题，则可能导致失败。

  2. 找到PowerProtect Agent服务。
  3. 右键单击PowerProtect Agent服务，然后单击 Start。

  • nslookup <short name of your PPDM>

  1. 验证主机是否可以通过短名称、完全限定域名 （FQDN） 和 IP 地址对 PPDM 执行 ping 操作。
  • ping <short name of your PPDM>

从 PPDM：

  1. 打开 PuTTY 会话并连接到 PPDM，然后运行以下命令：
