Symptoms
「TPM 2.0 device detected but a connection cannot be established」
Cause
ESXi 6.7以降では、SHA-256のみがサポートされます。
Resolution
要件: UEFI起動モードとセキュア ブートが有効
次の手順に進む前に、vCenterからホストを削除します。
1. システムの起動中に F2 を押して、システム セットアップを起動します。
2。 システム セットアップ メイン メニュー画面で、システムBIOS、>システム セキュリティ設定の順にクリックします
3。 [TPM Security]オプションから、[On]を選択します。
4. 設定を保存します
5. システムを再起動します。
6. もう一度システム セットアップを起動します。
7. システム セットアップ メイン メニュー画面で、システムBIOS、>システム セキュリティ設定の順にクリックします
8. [TPM Advanced Settings]オプションを選択します。
9. [TPM2 Algorithm Selection]オプションから[SHA256]を選択し、[System Security Settings]画面に戻ります
10. システム セキュリティ設定画面で、 インテルTXT オプションから オンを選択します。
11. 設定を保存します
12. システムを再起動します。
