Unable to backup SRM database.
Cause
When migrating from the Windows-based SRM to the SRM appliance, the SRM database backup tool must be used.
The VMware SRM backup tool requires credentials when backing up the SRM database and the SRDF SRA does not require credentials.

Resolution
This is permanently fixed in VMware SRM 8.4.
For earlier versions, follow these steps to alter the script:
Open export-srm-data.bat with a text editor and comment out the following line to skip the process and export it.
