get_info.sh 跳過 scli 登入和全部 scli 命令在主 MDM 上。
 get_info_run.log 顯示以下內容：

04/08 17:03:00.020698: main:2215: get_info started with parameters: -u admin -p "****" -s -x getInfoDump
04/08 17:03:00.023629: main:2244: Security Warning: Cannot identify user listening on MDM port
04/08 17:03:00.024597: main:2247: Skipping login

 

案例

在主 MDM 上收集 getInfoDump
scli 登錄工作沒有問題。
MDM 連接埠已開啟。

 

我吩咐

䏚 scli 在主 MDM 的 getInfoDump 中輸出。

 

根本原因

get_info.sh 用途 netstat 在執行前檢查主 MDM 的 tcp 連接埠是否正在開啟的命令 scli 登錄名和命令。如果 netstat 命令 （在 net-tools rpm） 未安裝，且 get_info.sh 略過任何 scli 命令。

 

因應措施

安裝 net-tools 打包並執行 get_info.sh 再。

已修正問題的版本

此問題已在 3.5 中修正，其使用 netstat 或 ss 命令以檢查監聽埠。如果兩者都未安裝， get_info.sh 報告以下內容，並跳過 scli 登入和命令：

'netstat' and 'ss' commands not found on the server - can't find mdm_pid...
