Symptoms

PowerFlex Managerで、vCenterでネストされたVDSを使用すると、開始された新しいサービスの導入がエラー状態になります。

エラーの例:  
Error: /Stage[main]/Asm::Resource_wrapper/Asm::Vcenter::Vds[TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001]/Vcenter::Dvswitch[/TXL - Berlin - Germany - PFX/TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001:create]/Vc_dvswitch[/TXL - Berlin - Germany - PFX/TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001:create]: Could not evaluate: undefined method `networkFolder' for nil:NilClass

Cause

  • PowerFlex Managerは、ネストされたフォルダーを既存のサービスとしてのみサポートします。
  • PowerFlex Managerは、ネストされたフォルダー内にVDSを作成せず、作成しようとしても失敗します。

Resolution

  • 必要に応じて、フォルダー内またはクラスター内にVDSを手動で作成します。
  • サービスの作成中は、VDSを作成しないでください。
  • クラスターの下に作成された既存のVDSを使用します。
