Symptoms

在 PowerFlex Manager 中使用巢狀 VDS 在 vCenter 中使用巢狀 VDS 時，啟動的新服務部署會處於錯誤狀態。

錯誤範例：  
Error: /Stage[main]/Asm::Resource_wrapper/Asm::Vcenter::Vds[TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001]/Vcenter::Dvswitch[/TXL - Berlin - Germany - PFX/TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001:create]/Vc_dvswitch[/TXL - Berlin - Germany - PFX/TXL-PFX-FE-VDS-001:create]: Could not evaluate: undefined method `networkFolder' for nil:NilClass

Cause

  • PowerFlex Manager 僅支援將巢狀資料夾作為現有服務。
  • PowerFlex Manager 不會在巢狀資料夾中建立 VDS，即使嘗試也失敗。

Resolution

  • 視需要在資料夾或叢集中手動建立 VDS。
  • 建立服務時，請勿建立 VDS。
  • 使用在叢集下建立的現有 VDS。
