Dell EMC VCF on VxRail: Upgrade option missing in SDDC Manager

Summary: While reviewing Workload Domain upgrade options, no available bundle is shown

Symptoms

To confirm if the Upgrade option missing in SDDC Manager, please follow this steps
1. Login to SDDC Manager.
2. Select the Workload Domain to be upgraded.
3. Only option available under Upgrade tab is "Precheck" one .

Please also ensure you are not already running latest VCF on VxRail version as per Dell matrix:
- VCF on VxRail 3.x train

- VCF on VxRail 4.x train

Cause

Dell and VMware repositories are not connected.

Resolution

To troubleshoot this issue, please log into SDDC Manager:
1. Navigate on the Administration tab
2. Navigate to Repository Settings
3. Click on Authenticate on the "My VMware Account Authentication" section
4. Use your VMware credentials and click "Authorize"
5. Click on Authenticate on the "My Dell Account Authentication" section
6. Use your Dell credentials and click "Authorize"

Once these are both authenticate, please allow some time for the bundles to appear on the Upgrade section of the Workload Domain
