Symptoms
当用户尝试在具有嵌套文件夹的群集中部署 CO 期间创建新的 VDS 时，会观察到此行为。
Cause
- Flex Manager 仅支持嵌套文件夹作为现有服务。
- PFxM 不会在嵌套文件夹中创建新的 VDS，如果尝试失败
Resolution
- 根据需要手动在文件夹/群集中创建 VDS
- 在创建服务时，请勿创建新 VDS，请选择在群集下创建的现有 VDS
