Symptoms

passwd 파일에 자세히 설명된 모든 unix 사용자의 경우 클라이언트에서 FTP 또는 SFTP를 통한 NAS 서버 액세스가 거부됩니다.

Cause

로컬 사용자를 사용하려면 UNIX 디렉토리 검색 순서를 로컬 파일로 설정해야 합니다.

Resolution

PowerStore Manager UI(User Interface) 방법


해당 NAS 서버를 선택하고 MODIFY:

Change Unix Directory Service Search Order to Local Files:

이 옵션을 사용할 수 없는 경우 passwd 파일을 다시 업로드해 봅니다. 


또는 시스템이 AD(Active Directory) 도메인에 연결되어 있는 경우 UNIX 디렉토리 검색 순서를 NAS 서버에서 로컬 파일로 설정할 수 있습니다 >. 공유 프로토콜>사용자 매핑 > Unix 디렉토리 서비스 검색 순서:

활성화한 후에는 도메인을 나가도 디렉토리 검색 순서 값에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

 

PSTCLI(PowerStore CLI) 방법


1) 현재 값 확인: 
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server show -select id,name,current_unix_directory_service

2) 값을 로컬 파일로 변경합니다. 
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server -name FTP_ONLY set -current_unix_directory_service Local_Files
Success

 
3) 변경 확인: 
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server show -select id,name,current_unix_directory_service
