密碼檔案中有詳述的所有 unix 使用者皆會拒絕從用戶端透過 FTP 或 SFTP 存取 NAS 伺服器。
Cause
為了使用本地使用者，UNIX 目錄搜索順序必須設置為本地檔。
Resolution
PowerStore Manager 使用者介面 （UI） 方法
選取有問題的 NAS 伺服器，然後按一下 修改：
將 Unix 目錄服務搜尋順序變更為本機檔案：
如果無法使用這些選項，請嘗試再次上傳密碼檔案。
或者，如果系統已加入 Active Directory （AD） 域，則可以將 UNIX 目錄搜尋順序設定為 NAS 伺服器>中的本地檔案 共用協定>使用者映射 > Unix 目錄服務搜尋順序：
啟用此功能后，離開域不會影響目錄搜索順序的值。
PowerStore CLI （PSTCLI） 方法
1） 檢查目前的值：
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server show -select id,name,current_unix_directory_service

2） 將值變更為「本機檔案」：
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server -name FTP_ONLY set -current_unix_directory_service Local_Files Success
3） 確認變更：
pstcli -d CLUSTER_IP -u admin -p YOUR_PASSWORD nas_server show -select id,name,current_unix_directory_service
