Symptoms

執行版本 19.4.x 的 NetWorker 伺服器在還原時可能會遇到問題，其中 Microsoft Exchange DAG 備份被視為增量備份。
使用增量備份時，ItemPoint 無法處理復原的記錄檔並失敗，同時出現以下錯誤：

「處理記錄檔時發生錯誤，不使用記錄繼續。」

注意：不使用記錄繼續可能造成儲存的資料遺漏，因為遺失的記錄檔包含資料。

Cause

我們發現當用戶端上有 FS (檔案系統) BBB 和 NMM (BBB) 備份並存時，NMM 增量備份會不一致，導致還原失敗。
