Symptoms

När konsekvensgruppen inte körs kan de sekundära orsakskoderna, till exempel 8 (enheten hittades inte) eller 13 (congroup-namnet hittades inte) returneras. 

Dessa RS-koder är missvisande. 
                        

Cause

Det här orsakas av ett programvaruproblem.

Resolution

Meddelandebearbetningen har förbättrats så att en RS 6 utfärdas i de fall där en konsekvensgrupp inte hittas:

Permanent lösning: 
  • För Mainframe Enablers 8.5 har PTF SF85101 utvecklats för att korrigera problemet. Det går att ladda ner från Dells onlinesupport.
  • För Mainframe Enablers 8.4 har PTF SF84168 utvecklats för att korrigera problemet. Det går att ladda ner från Dells onlinesupport.
