Symptoms

為配備 NVIDIA 獨立顯示卡的系統組態時，玩遊戲、視訊編輯軟體或其他需要大量圖形處理的應用程式時，系統效能無法如預期運作。 

所有使用 NVIDIA 獨立顯示卡的平台都可能會遇到此問題。以下清單僅供參考。

  • XPS 9510
  • XPS 9710
  • Precision 5560
  • Precision 5760

這不是硬體問題。您可以去優化圖形設置以提高圖形性能。

注意：這會花費更高的耗電量，因此客戶可能會注意到在電池模式下電池耗盡速度更快。

  1. 啟動 NVIDIA 控制台。

  2. 選取 管理員 3D 設定。

  3. 在偏好的圖形處理器中選取高效能 NVIDIA 處理器。

  4. 在 OpenGL 渲染 GPU 中選取對應的 NVIDIA 處理器。
