Symptoms
セキュア コネクト ゲートウェイの導入が、次のエラーで失敗します。
ThrowableProxy.cause A general system error occurred: Transfer Failed: IO error during transfer of 'null': Unexpected EOF read on socket.Cause
vCenter VAMIでプロキシが有効になっていて、ユーザー名とパスワードでプロキシが設定されていないため、導入に失敗しました
導入時には、認証のためにユーザー名とプロキシが要求されます。ユーザー名とパスワードを受け取らず、最終的には導入に失敗します。
Resolution
この問題を解決するには、vCenterでプロキシを無効にして、導入を再試行します。
