Thunderbolt 裝置在裝置管理員中有黃色驚嘆號

市面上某些所謂的 USB4 裝置可能無法在 Dell 筆記型電腦上正確偵測到。將裝置直接連接至筆記型電腦上的 USB4 連接埠或 WD22TB4 擴充基座上的 USB4 連接埠時，就會發生此問題。當「停用的 USB4 PCIE 通道」設為「開啟」或「Thunderbolt 技術支援」設為「停用」時，就會出現此問題。ORICO-MTQ-40G SSD 曾發現此問題，但其他裝置也可能出現此問題。
將 Thunderbolt 裝置插入 USB-C 連接埠後，裝置管理員中會顯示黃色驚嘆號，如下圖所示：
Cause
Windows 11 PCIe 驅動程式無法設定 Thunderbolt 控制器。
Resolution
若要解決問題，請遵循以下步驟：
- 進入 BIOS。
- 將「停用 USB4 PCIE 通道」設為「關閉」。
注意：原廠預設設定為 「關閉」。 - 將 Thunderbolt 技術支援設為啟用，以支援更多 USB 或 Thunderbolt 裝置。
