セキュア コネクト ゲートウェイ - MQTTエラーによりデバイスに接続できない

Symptoms

SRSv3.52からSCGにアップデートし、接続を確立しようとすると、セキュア コネクト ゲートウェイに次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。 
 Error: Failed to start session, due to RA Forwarder/MQTT connection timeout from available gateways

Cause

このエラーは、キーストアが破損しているか欠落していることが原因で発生します。

Resolution

  1. SCGにrootとしてログインします
  2. 以下のコマンドを実行します。 
    - docker exec -i esrsde-app rm /opt/esrsve/gateway/clientkeystore.jks
- docker exec -i esrsde-app /opt/esrsve/gateway/suseveupgrade.sh -configuresystem
  3. SCGを再起動します
