Symptoms

从 SRSv3.52 更新到 SCG 并尝试建立连接后，安全连接网关上会显示此错误消息： 
 Error: Failed to start session, due to RA Forwarder/MQTT connection timeout from available gateways

Cause

此错误是由损坏或缺失的密钥库引起的。

Resolution

  1. 以 root 用户身份登录 SCG
  2. 运行以下命令： 
    - docker exec -i esrsde-app rm /opt/esrsve/gateway/clientkeystore.jks
- docker exec -i esrsde-app /opt/esrsve/gateway/suseveupgrade.sh -configuresystem
  3. 重新启动 SCG
