PowerStore: Error message "An unexpected exception" received during NFS export creation

Symptoms
User wants to create a file system and NFS export from the PowerStore Manager UI. At the last step in the wizard, it fails with an error "An unexpected exception" > "TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'map')."
Cause
No NAS server is selected in the file system creation wizard.
Resolution
User must select a NAS server in the first step of the file system creation wizard. It is not a mandatory step, but when it is not selected, the above error is seen.
