Symptoms

在 Oracle 多租戶架構中，客戶可能有多個可插式資料庫，可以使用不同的 rman 腳本同時進行備份。如果可插式資料庫的其中一個備份失敗，則所有其他同時執行的可插式資料庫備份也可能失敗。只有在 rman 指令檔中使用 taskfile 時，才會發生此狀況。

注意：若有以下狀況，則本 KB 文章不適用：
  • 備份為從 Avamar Server 排定。
  • 如果用於備份的 rman 指令檔中沒有 --taskfile。

Cause

產品使用 Oracle 檢視尋找備份狀態。在整個備份的期間會對 Oracle 檢視多次查詢，在其輸出結果中搜尋 FAILED/ERRORS/RMAN-03099 等關鍵字，若發現其中一個關鍵字，則代表備份標示為失敗，若沒有發現關鍵字，代表備份標示為已完成。

此問題發生在兩個可插拔資料庫的並行備份期間。例如 PDB1 和 PDB2，如果 PDB2 備份失敗，PDB1 備份也會失敗，因為會在 PDB2 故障的查詢輸出中找到。

Resolution

因應措施
  • 從 rman 指令檔移除 taskfile。

或
 
  • 從 Avamar Server/Scheduler 排程備份。
