注意: vCenter 要求使用完整網域名稱 (FQDN) 從 OMIVV 下載附掛程式。主要要求是 OMIVV 位於 DNS 反向和正向對應區域。

範圍: 

即使附掛程式在 OMIVV 裝置的 Web 介面 (https://appliance_name_or_IP/) 中顯示為已成功註冊,vCenter 也可能無法顯示為可用附掛程式。

故障診斷:

1.取得 vCenter 記錄以檢閱,或建立進入可疑 VCenter 的 SSH 工作階段,以直接檢視記錄。
2.檢查位於以下路徑中的vsphere_client_virgo.log:

 /var/log/vmware/vsphere-ui/logs 

3.檢查記錄是否有類似於以下內容的訊息:

[WARN ] http-bio-9090-exec-10820      com.dell.pg.spectre.common.ApplicationInfoService                 Exception while getting vCenter/appliance information for https://vcenter.domain.com:443/sdk : com.sun.xml.internal.ws.client.ClientTransportException: HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Server certificate chain is not trusted and thumbprint doesn't match 
4.在 Vcenter 上執行 LSDOCTOR 以診斷名稱中可能出現的錯誤或憑證信任問題。根據 VMware 的說明:
Lookup Service Doctor (lsdoctor) is a tool used to address issues with data stored in the PSC database, as well as data local to a vCenter (regardless of whether the PSC is external or embedded).  The tool can be used to detect and correct problems that could cause failures in topology changes (converge, repoint, etc.), upgrades, or failures incurred as a result of maintenance (e.g. incorrectly applying new SSL certificates).  This article will outline its functions and use.
